The Fit Group CIC was formed on the 1st of September 2019 as a not for profit organisation with an aim to deliver dance, gymnastics and sports session which benefit the surrounding communities. The emphasis is to provide a personal and valuable experience for participants, volunteers, staff and community groups through delivering activities, which promote social, physical and mental wellbeing.
Our organisations DanceFit Wales and SportFit Wales ensure accessible, affordable sessions, which encourage the importance of volunteering and developing skills for employment in addition to the promotion of a lifelong active healthy lifestyle.
